Call us on 01225 375007 or click the link below to arrange a convenient call back appointment with one of our agents. We will then be in touch with you to talk about your plans and arrange for one of the Team to come and see you.

Instruct Us

Before our agent arrives at your home, you will receive a copy of our instruction agreement along with the terms and conditions for marketing your home with Harrisons.

We encourage you at this point to read through this form thoroughly. Should you have any questions you can call us on 01225 375007 or email Sales@harrisonsbath.com. Once you’re happy, simply complete the form and have it ready for us for the pre-arranged appointment.

Visit, photos and floorplans

Our agent will come over and collect all the paperwork and initiate the taking on process. They will then begin to collect all the necessary information to prepare your home for the UK property market. All photos, Floor plans, descriptions and arrangement of EPC will be done there and then.

We place your home on the market

Once we have prepared your custom brochure, you must then approve the layout for us to begin the marketing process. Once completed, we will place your home onto the open market and begin informing all of our registered clients about your property should it meet their requirements.

We will then communicate all viewings with you through phone or email, and get feedback from all appointments once they have occurred. All you have to do then is sit back and relax as we guide you through the negotiation process and sales progression period that will lead to your successful home completion.
